Third-Party Manufacturing and Shipping
Some of our products (such as artist-branded merchandise) are manufactured and shipped by third-party dropshipping providers. Third-Party Dropshipping
For products fulfilled by third-party dropshipping providers, shipping times may vary based on the provider’s location and shipping policies. We are not responsible for delays caused by the dropshipper but will work to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. Once the product leaves the dropshipping provider’s facility, any risk of loss or damage is transferred to you.
International ShippingCustoms, duties, and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Returns and Refunds
Physical Products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened physical products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
Third-Party Dropshipped Products
Products fulfilled by third-party providers may have different return or exchange policies. If you are returning a dropshipped product, please contact us first, and we will coordinate the return process with the third-party provider. Refunds or exchanges for dropshipped products are only issued if the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly fulfilled.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds for digital music or other digital products. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct item before completing your transaction.
